After fermentation this tea is pressed into a bird-nest shape. Following the traditional Chinese tea ceremony Pu Erh is firstly being “washed” and subsequently brewed for 1 to 2 minutes with water temperature of 90C. We recommend to use 1 cake for a teapot.
